Committees
iBudget
Morgan—I have come across Shaggy on a couple of spaces and 45b calls. I love how he thinks and analyzes reality. I believe the committee will benefit from a perspective ground in what's happening and not what should be happening.
Luc₳s@45B.io—Shaggy has been in the ecosystem for many years. Building, networking and collaborating, pushing the envelope to get Music on Cardano (and legal framing in the real world) where it needs to get to.
Having him in the Budget committee may become tricky to manage for the Committee, but I believe that the Cardano Community will greatly benefit from having him as a bridge to the Committee.
Wealth—I have seen Lazarus do two things that matter in governance: keep his word and fix problems that are not technically his fault.
He managed the NextGen Developers Hackathon through a governance breach that wiped critical records. He rebuilt the documentation and delivered. When our members could not vote in this election, KYC showing verified but the system blocking them, he raised it formally until Intersect fixed the bug.
The Civics Committee needs members who protect participation integrity as a reflex, not a policy. Lazarus does that by instinct. I endorse him.
Treasure—Lazarus made blockchain governance accessible for me when I thought it wasn't. He didn't just build the pathway — he fought for our right to use it
That's who we need inside the civics community
I endorse him
The Zuluman—I’m Sakani, and I back Lazarus
He doesn’t just create awareness, he drives action and participation.
Femi—I support Mubarak’s candidacy because he doesn’t just participate, he contributes meaningfully. His work in onboarding and community growth shows he’s committed to expanding the ecosystem responsibly. He’s one of the best choice for the budgeting seat.
Tobi 🎴—Oyewole my namesake
I’ve watched Mubarak grow within the Cardano ecosystem, from onboarding members to contributing to events and governance processes. He understands both the builder’s needs and the responsibility of managing funds.
🥶ACE🥶 ÐEGAME—What stands out about Mubarak is his consistency. He doesn’t disappear, he always contributes, engages, and delivers. That kind of reliability is important in governance roles.

Membership and Community
Olivier Mwatsimulamo—Since the founding of Goma Cardano Hub (2022), Boaz has been our Team Leader. His contributions to the Cardano ecosystem, whether in the DRC, across Africa, or within the global Cardano community, make him someone worth voting for. He is not new to this role coz is currently finishing his term as an MCC member and serves as the Goma DRep manager, among other responsibilities.
Therefore, there is no doubt that he will perform excellently on the MCC committee.
Luc₳s@45B.io—I've been crossing paths with Boaz since 2022, including as Constitutional Delegates in '24.
I love what he's doing for Cardano awareness in his IRL community.
I'm sure he'll add to the prespective of both MCC and Civics.
BOAZ B. ⭕️—I am proud to stand behind Martin as he seeks a seat on the GMC, MCC , and ICC.
Having seen Martin’s journey within the Cardano ecosystem, I can attest that he is the definition of a "community-first" leader. Here is why his candidacy is so vital:
Depth of Experience: Martin isn't a newcomer; he has served the ecosystem at different levels, giving him a 360-degree view of how Cardano operates from the grassroots to high-level governance.
A Passionate Advocate: His dedication goes beyond technical interest; it is driven by a genuine belief in the mission of Cardano. This passion ensures he will always advocate for what is best for the longevity of the network.
Strategic Oversight: By running for the GMC and ICC alongside the MCC, Martin is demonstrating his readiness to tackle the serious responsibilities of governance monitoring and constitutional integrity. We need leaders like him who are willing to do the heavy lifting to ensure our ecosystem remains fair and transparent.
Martin’s mantra, "Let’s grow together," isn't just a slogan—it’s how he operates every day. He is a collaborator who bridges gaps and brings people along on the journey.
I wholeheartedly encourage the Intersect community to review his profile and cast your votes for Martin. He has the experience, the heart, and the vision to help lead us into this next era.
Together, we grow.
Olivier Mwatsimulamo—Although I joined Cardano in 2021, Martin has been my main guide in this ecosystem.
I believe he actually deserves one of the 5 available seats for the MCC, based on the fact that he is among the first 15 DRep Pioneers who were selected by Intersect in its early stages.
For me, he is a key pillar who has helped make Cardano governance understandable in the DRC, in Africa, and beyond.
Wealth—I endorse Musa Ridwan for the Membership and Community, because he has managed real Cardano communities with full integrity and honesty and mutual respect under difficult conditions. A governance breach. Records lost. He delivered clean anyway. That is the discipline the committee needs.
Treasure—Musa creates access where others see barriers
That's exactly what we need on the membership committee
I endorse musa
The Zuluman—I am Sakani, supporting Musa Ridwan
His grassroots perspective is important for making governance more inclusive.
OJAH MAKAMA PETER—He Is Faithful an sincere
Micah Malla—Hello am endorsing Abubakar Dayige because of his track record and passion he has for web3 as well as this project is concerned. Am certain he will deliver beyond reasonable doubt.
Diamond Hand 🐉 $MON—I am endorsing this candidate because they demonstrate genuine grassroots community engagement and a strong commitment to growing participation within the ecosystem. Their work in onboarding new members, supporting community initiatives, and encouraging sustained involvement shows a practical, action-oriented approach that aligns with the needs of the community.
I would particularly like to highlight their candidacy for the Membership and Community Committee. They bring valuable skills in communication, community building, and collaboration, along with a perspective that helps ensure broader inclusion. Their focus on listening to everyday members and strengthening engagement makes them well-suited to contribute meaningfully to the committee’s goals.
Wealth—My name is Wealth, and I’m supporting Mark Udeh for the Membership & Community Committee (MCC).
I’ve seen his work in onboarding and community building—he doesn’t just bring people in, he helps them find direction and actually participate.
That’s the kind of leadership MCC needs.
Treasure—I've seen Mark Udeh fight to get people through the door, not keep them out
Membership committee needs him
I endorse Mark Udeh
The Zuluman—My name is Sakani, and I endorse Mark Udeh.
He has proven that community growth is about structure, not just numbers.
Cardano Civics

Wealth—Lazarus built a governance participation community of 134 verified Intersect members in two months. He did not just recruit people, he educated them, assessed his leaders, and fought for their voting rights when the system failed them. That is the Civics Committee's mandate in practice. I endorse Lazarus Christian Chinaza for the Civics Committee.
Treasure—Lazarus made blockchain governance accessible for me when I thought it wasn't. He didn't just build the pathway — he fought for our right to use it
That's who we need inside the civics community
I endorse him
The Zuluman—I’m Sakani, and I back Lazarus

Technical Steering
Morgan—Beyond being professionally efficient, EPOCH is so supportive. I remember coming into the space not knowing anything and dude was always there to help you refine your ideas and test them technically. EPOCH is super awesome guys.
Luc₳s@45B.io—If you don't know this guy, do you even Cardano? It's exciting to see someone from the core day-to-day community stepping up for this. He'll surely be an important bridge between Intersect and a huge part of the Cardano Community, via Cardano Over Coffee.
